The Stay H.Y.P.E Award
Established in 2022, the Stay H.Y.P.E. Award presented by The TMM Project, (How You Prepare Everyday), is a prestigious recognition honoring individuals, schools, organizations, and others in the community who display exceptional dedication to preparedness, daily attendance, and overall positivity. Beyond the moment of recognition, each school becomes a lasting part of the Hall of H.Y.P.E., joining a growing network of changemakers across the country who are committed to using the arts as a force for healing, learning, and growth.
Each honoree is presented the award by founder, Terrance Michael Morgan, along with the TMM Project’s collective of talented artists during a special ceremony celebrating and advocating for Arts in the community. This celebratory event transforms the school, work or chosen day into a live experience, blending pep rally energy with purposeful arts advocacy. Students, faculty, families and alike come together to witness the power of the arts in action and to affirm how music, performance, and creativity fuel both academic success and emotional resilience.
