Thank you to our partners and supporters for making this experience possible. Let’s continue to uplift our youth and advocate for mental health through the power of artistic expression.

Last week, students at Scott Middle experienced Connect, a powerful event brought to life by the TMM Project and led by mental health specialist True Justice (Ebony Kennedy).
Through art, dance, and spoken word poetry, students explored creative ways to express their emotions and build meaningful connections with one another. This event shined a spotlight on the importance of mental health and the role the arts can play in fostering understanding, healing, and growth.
A huge thank-you to True Justice, the TMM Project, and our incredible partners at the Acadiana Center for the Arts for making this transformative experience possible. Your work is helping our students connect in deeper, more meaningful ways!
Together, we’re proving that creativity and connection can change lives.
